Terms and Conditions for Registration

1. General Admission

1.1. Admission is open to individuals who meet the age and other eligibility criteria set by the institute.
1.2. All applicants must provide accurate and complete personal information. Falsified information may lead to disqualification or dismissal.
1.3. Admission is subject to the submission of the required documents and payment of registration fees.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. All fees, including registration, tuition, and any other applicable charges, must be paid on or before the due date.
2.2. Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as determined by the institute.
2.3. The institute reserves the right to adjust fees without prior notice.

3. Attendance and Participation

3.1. Students are required to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and events unless prior permission is obtained.
3.2. A minimum attendance of 90% is mandatory for course completion.
3.3. Active participation and timely submission of assignments are expected.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Students must maintain professional behavior and respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
4.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.
4.3. Students must adhere to the institute’s dress code and guidelines during classes and events.

5. Use of Institute Property

5.1. Students must handle all institute property, including equipment and studio spaces, with care.
5.2. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the student, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

6.1. The institute reserves the right to use photos, videos, and other content created during training sessions and events for promotional purposes.
6.2. Students’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the institute’s privacy policy and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Students must inform the institute of any pre-existing medical conditions.
7.2. The institute is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises unless due to proven negligence.
7.3. Students must follow all health and safety guidelines provided during training sessions.

8. Certification

8.1. A certificate of completion will be awarded to students who successfully fulfill the course requirements.
8.2. The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates for non-compliance with course terms.

9. Termination of Enrollment

9.1. The institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violations of the terms and conditions or non-payment of fees.
9.2. Students may withdraw from the course by providing written notice. Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably through mediation.
10.2. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghana.
